- Minimum of 5 years in IT consulting or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration.
- Experience in biotech or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document the current Microsoft 365 environments of both companies.
- Develop a detailed migration plan with timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
- Execute the migration of Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive data, and Intune device profiles.
- Coordinate with internal IT staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide training and support to end-users during the migration process.
- Conduct post-migration verification and optimization.
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Experience with migration tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), BitTitan MigrationWiz, or similar.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal IT teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT consulting or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration.
- Experience in biotech or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
