It provides tools for managing customer data, sales processes, and customer interactions, aiming to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth. Key Features of M3 CLM: Customer Data Management: Centralized database for storing and managing customer information. Sales Management: Tools for managing sales opportunities, quotations, and orders. Customer Interaction Tracking: Functionality to track and record customer interactions across various touchpoints. Analytics and Reporting: Capabilities for generating reports and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions. By effectively managing these elements, the M3 CLM module helps organizations improve their sales processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Skills and Requirements: Must have experience o functional lead o Solida experience Service domain o Implemented “M3 CLM/POM/MCO” for least 2 projects o Experience is process harmonization / consulting o Experience in M3 MT implementation
