- Program Manger that runs large complex multi-year initiatives with high-stakes outcomes for the business
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of programs related to payment solutions from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery and operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payment technologies and industry best practices, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in program management within the financial services industry, with a focus on payment solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs or projects, preferably in payment technologies.
- Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, including card payments, ACH, wire transfers, and emerging payment methods.
- Experience working in Agile or similar iterative development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
