Responsibilities

• Fully grasp and understand the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.
• Work with the Software Development Team Lead to prioritize tasks based on the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.
• Interact directly with the entire user community (from the company president on down) to ensure our business processes and software systems support the corporate vision, goals, and strategies.
• Collaborate with other team members, including non-developers, while developing software systems.
• Document all business processes, database schema changes, and code changes.
• Provide end-user training as required, which may entail traveling to remote office locations.
• Able to follow prescribed coding standards.
• In summary, the Developer is also the Project Manager, Designer, Architect, Analyst and Tester.
