Steneral Consulting is Hiring an Organizational Change Management Roles Near New York, NY

Role is based out of Long Island City – 2-3 days/week onsite

Need valid LinkedInThere are 2 roles and both JD and details below-Role 1 - Jr. Organizational Change Management Consultant :
  • Needs some OCM experience, not a lot about 1 year of experience; must have basic understanding of terminology that is used within OCM
  • Must have a background in Finance Procurement
  • Doesn’t necessarily need someone with training; training may be provided to the candidate
Responsibilities – Min. 1 Year Experience:
  • Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, focusing on the people side of change for large scale transformations inclusive of org changes, process and technology
  • Design and deliver a change management program inclusive of stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, org readiness activities and the development and execution of change management strategies and plans
  • Develop and execute human-centered activities to drive experiences for impacted stakeholders inclusive of persona and journey development
  • Design and deliver learning solutions that supports organizational change; incorporating the use of learning methodologies and frameworks and can concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other documentation while adjusting style and level of details depending on audience
  • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendations to a C-level audience
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting; experience within a major consulting firm preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and execute change activities
  • Experience with state and local government agencies, including health and human services
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in delivering client services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Role 2 - Mid-Level Change Management Consultant :
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience; basic understanding of terminology that is used within OCM
  • Must have a background in SAP Implementation
