Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business professionals to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps defects resolutions and enhancement requests
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
- Create visually appealing and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Branch Enablement Platform
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience
- Strong experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proven experience leading development projects, preferably in financial technology or similar industry
- Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to balance scope, time, cost, and quality
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex requirements into executable strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and promote a positive, collaborative environment
