Steneral Consulting is Hiring a Product Manager Near Basking Ridge, NJ
What you’ll be doing In this role, - you'll be part of the sports innovation team as a product manager delivering next-generation experiences to fans, sports teams/leagues, and venues.
The role will require you to provide thought leadership to partners and internal teams to deliver next generation experience leveraging the power of 5G, MEC, and private networks.
You will be tasked to develop directional products and solutions by working alongside our architecture teams, network teams, business groups, and external partners and sports leagues.
You will have the opportunity to assess innovative ways of driving private network in-venue use cases, building a data platform for optimizing venue data, and driving technical product requirements for directional PoCs.
This role requires you to have a technical thought leadership with abilities to make technical and business recommendation and build consensus.
You will: Create product and technical requirements based on sport league/club and fan needs and develop, define and document end-to-end architectures and test plans
Create detailed well-defined user journeys on how data derived can be utilized by end users including sports clubs and sports fans
Communicate to key stakeholders and gain consensus that the specifications meet the technical requirements and business expectations
Perform early technology evaluation from partners and project manage partner engagements
Manage and negotiate partner engagements through Statement of Works
Develop business cases, conduct competitive analysis, and market analysis
What we are looking for: Bachelors degree in computer science, business or related field Understanding of the Telecommunication network 5G/4G, Mobile Edge Compute (MEC) and private networks
A proven track of managing and delivering projects from ideation level to pro-type and on to a path for commercialization
Experience in working on cross functional teams (interpersonal skills, relationship building abilities, communication and presentation skills) on multiple high priority projects Experience in product development and commercialization
Experience in project/program management
Experience in developing user journeys and high level architecture flows
Experience in doing user-centric product design
Interest in sports and venues
Better if you have: Experience building products for sports teams/leagues, broadcasters, and/or venues
PMP and Agile Certifications
Experience in one or more of the following cloud platforms: AWS Web Services (including Wavelength), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in transport technology and provisioning private dedicated circuits Experience in two or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C
