Must be excellent communicator with STRONG leadership experience and PMO experience. PMP is preferred.
Candidate needs good experience in salesforce integration or implementation but also general strong PM skills overall , able to also lead other projects outside Salesforce.
Job: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid- 3-4 days per week on site)
Term: 6 - 12 months Contract to HIre
As a Salesforce Project Manager at Innovayte, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all projects related to Salesforce integration. We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in enterprise-level project management, strong leadership capabilities, and a knack for creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, agility, and the ability to think outside the box to drive successful Salesforce implementations.
  • Must be currently working on Salesforce implementation/ integration projects**- 5 years experience with that is required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce integration projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, with a strong emphasis on delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of Salesforce integration projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and actively monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce implementations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
