Feedback after an Interview- Client needs Techno-Functiional candidates who has experience with ETL and Data Migrations Position: Senior Technical Delivery Lead DurationLocation: Hybrid- preferably 2-3 days onsite weekly at Lake Forest, IL. Also could be open to someone who is local and willing to come onsite as needed, if they are very strong. IV Process: 2 step- 1 functional and 1 technical – can be virtual Projecthas a new project under their SBB team which is “Small Business Benefits.” This project is implementing StepWise to streamline their front office operations. This is used for quotes for insurance policies for their sales teams, pulling renewal applications, etc. They just finished the discovery phase and vendor implementation. What will this person be doing?They will work closely with a number of teams and stakeholders on connecting the dots across technical teams. They need someone with diverse knowledge and has a strong technical understanding and ability. They will not be doing the development themselves, b ut they need to be strong enough technically where they can make surfe everything is being done correcting. They need to know how integration processes work and collaborate with the team. Non Technical Skills

Technical Delivery LeadThe technical delivery lead will play a key role in supporting projects in the Trustmark portfolio, with an immediate focus on SBB’s strategy projects. This role will work closely with the Project Manager, Trustmark Domain/Solution Architect, Trustmark development team, and vendor partners to lead, guide, and successfully deliver high quality IT solutions. ResponsibilitiesThe successful technical delivery lead will see the big picture and connect dots across technical teams, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
Lead all aspects of the technical solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle, operating in partnership with IT Domain/Solution Architects, IT Team leads, Project Manager and vendors
Lead and facilitate planning and execution of work required from technical/engineering teams and vendor.
Ensure that the work of the various IT teams rolls up to a sound and holistic solution
Oversee all technical delivery and hold IT team leads accountable
Align solution delivery to Trustmark standards (e.g., architecture, security, PMO)
Participate in Scrum Ceremonies to represent the IT team member’s activities and plan work
Drive creation of technical user stories, facilitate decomposition and estimation with technical teams
Support scrum master to ensure appropriate tasks are represented in ADO and delegated to the appropriate teams
Facilitate and promote cross-collaboration, transparency, and team cohesion
Identify and mitigate technical risks, develop contingency plans
Provide technical thought leadership. Promote collaboration, solutioning, and troubleshooting Identify and manage intersection points and dependencies across IT and vendor teams
Track issues that could impact technical delivery and facilitate resolution, escalating as needed
Facilitate expedient decision-making, escalating as needed amongst implementation teams
Support PM with providing technical status updates and stakeholder communication
This role will report directly to the Project Manager and operate under the sponsorship of the IT organization and Trustmark’s CIO. Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership and organizational abilities, proven planning and decision-making skills
Willingness and enthusiasm to build professional relationships with teams and customers
Experience leading agile planning and delivery for a variety of technical teams and domains
Ability to see the big picture and connect dots across silos
Strong command of technical space, including breadth of experience across various technical capability areas and domains (hw, sw, infra/ops, infosec, architecture, integrations, data, ETL, APIs)
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent critical thinking, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
