Job Summary:

This job will be working with children in grades from 6th to 12th grade.

We are seeking a Summer Full Day Enrichment Leader to join our team for the upcoming Teen summer program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, creating enriching experiences, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging activities and programs for children throughout the day
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all children in the program
- Manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively
- Provide educational support and assistance to students as needed
- Organize and lead sports activities, games, and other recreational programs
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and fun summer program

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children in a professional setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom or group of students
- Background in early childhood education or related field is a plus
- First aid certification is preferred
- Experience in sports coaching, babysitting, or educational settings is beneficial

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
