Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Manager/Program Coordinator to join our team. The dual role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of programs within our organization. Also, assisting with the day to day Program Management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate program activities to ensure goals are achieved
- Supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to market programs effectively
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate the community about program initiatives
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program sustainability
- Utilize project management skills to plan and execute program activities
- Provide leadership in driving program success

Experience:

- Associates degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
- Proven experience in supervising staff and volunteers
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent public speaking abilities
- Ability to educate and engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a program coordination role

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
