Responsibilities

  • Clinic and In Home opportunities available!
  • Conduct initial evaluations to determine therapy plans.
  • Provide supervision and feedback to CBT’s working with clients.
  • Supervise CBT’s who are working towards their BCBA certification.
  • Consult and plan with the client’s family regarding treatment and progress, parent training.
  • Facilitate assessments, and document treatment plans and modifications.

Qualifications

- BCBA

- Master’s Degree in Relevant Field

- Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.

- Strong leadership skills, empathy and work ethic is a must.

- Excellent follow-through, detail-oriented and demonstrates strong organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • $78,000-$90,000 salary (Full-time)
