What You'll Do at Stepful:
Are you passionate about empowering millions of low-wage workers, enabling them to upskill and transform their lives? Do you excel at managing and optimizing paid search acquisition campaigns? • Own the end-to-end execution of customer acquisition campaigns across all paid search marketing channels, including budgeting, optimization, and measurement/reporting.
• Manage and scale media spend while actively optimizing towards meeting profitability goals and lowering customer acquisition costs (CACs).
• Design and operationalize a process for A/B testing campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product marketing related to new customer acquisition.
• Define the strategy and oversee the execution of Stepful's SEO efforts, including working with agency partners to create content around relevant keywords, identifying backlink opportunities, and collaborating with engineering to ensure Stepful's website follows SEO best practices.

Some key qualifications

• 4 years of experience working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing spend on Google while maintaining ROI targets.
• Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Search, Display, and Pmax campaigns.
• Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with creatives to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences.
• Experienced SEO marketer with a track record of increasing "top 3" keyword ranks, organic traffic, and website domain ranking.
• Highly analytical with strong communication skills.
