Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Steppingstone Day School. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to students. The therapist will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. This role will require on-site work at our location in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sensory Integration, Occupational Therapy, and Pediatrics
• Knowledge of Early Intervention and Working With Children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Valid state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is a plus
