Steps New York is seeking keyholders and sales associates for our Newport mall location . We are looking for outgoing, positive, and organized individuals to assist with store operations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers, providing top-notch customer service
• Cashiering, including handling money and counting change
• Monitoring fitting rooms
• Folding and setting clothing on the sales floor
• Unpacking shipments, steaming clothes, and attaching security tags and price/size stickers
• Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and back room/stock room

A positive attitude and great people skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service and working with the rest of our sales team. We are looking for candidates with a strong sense of personal style and a passion for women's fashion. You will also have opportunities to help style customers and put together outfits for mannequins and displays, so creativity and an awareness of current trends is a plus.
Previous retail and cashier experience preferred, but a good work ethic and willingness to learn is most important.
Applicants should be able to stand and walk for the majority of their shifts, and should be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs. Must be prepared to work retail hours, including weekends and nights on a rotating schedule.
