Job Description: Project Manager/Business Analyst

Project Description:
We will integrate a new third-party labor forecasting tool to enhance our operational staffing predictions. This project involves collaborating with the vendor for platform setup and coordinating all internal activities to integrate the tool with our existing Workforce Management (WFM) products, including UKG WFM Pro for shift bidding, scheduling, and time tracking.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee all project activities on behalf of our team. They will work closely with the platform vendor's project manager and implementation team. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and conducting project meetings.
- Tracking and coordinating work items.
- Conducting requirements analysis and gathering.
- Assisting business units with data entry.
- Supporting testing, training, and implementation efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Managing or implementing HR/WFM/Forecasting platforms.
- Experience with airline operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools for large operations or manufacturing teams is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong project management and business analysis capabilities.
- Technical aptitude to manage projects with multiple moving parts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
