We are seeking a talented Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and successful completion of our IT projects. You will play a key role in establishing project management processes, directing daily work efforts, and coordinating communication across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, including risk identification and management.
• Direct and monitor daily work efforts, including logistics management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify resource needs and allocate tasks effectively to meet project objectives.
• Perform regular quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
• Provide administrative support to project teams and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately to maintain project progress.
• Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and resources as needed.
• Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the project scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Coordinate status reports and ensure the stability of project area work efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years of project support or management experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working under general direction for mid-level to senior-level management.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs.
• Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience, including managing teams, customer service, and production project management in multi-platform environments.
• Skills:
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in risk identification and management.
• Experience with logistics management.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform quality reviews.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
