Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual based in Toronto, ON to submit client applications at the Spanish Consulate in downtown Toronto (2 Bloor St E, Toronto, ON M4W 1A8)

In this role, you will act on behalf of our clients as an authorized representative ensuring their documents are delivered and submitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and securely handle client documents mailed to your Toronto address.
• Attend scheduled appointments at the Spanish Consulate to submit applications on behalf of our clients (in-person).
• Coordinate with our team (based in Vancouver) via email and telephone, to ensure timely appointment scheduling and submission.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Punctuality is a must and appointments will be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to emails.
• Ability to attend approximately one appointment per month, each lasting around 2 hours.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $50.00 per hour
