The QA Associate provides vital support to the Quality department, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Steri-Tek’s quality management system. In this role, the QA Associate will be responsible for scanning and uploading various documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work (i.e. folder Quality checks), and archiving documents. This position requires a meticulous approach to document management, including the verification of document versions, proper labeling, and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scan and upload a variety of quality-related documents into Steri-Tek’s digital system.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in the scanning process, verifying that all pages are clear, legible, and properly indexed.
- Organize and maintain electronic files in an orderly and accessible manner for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality team (and other cross functional teams) to gather and compile necessary documents for scanning and uploading.
- Review information of outputs from various departments (i.e. customer information and dosimetry data).
- Other duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This QA Associate role is a temporary position (through August 2024). It is an on-site position in Fremont, CA. Working days are Monday - Friday, regular business hours.
