Sterile Services Co. (SSC) is seeking candidate resumes for a contract opportunity as a Jr. IT System Administrator supporting the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) in Washington, DC.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of five years with Microsoft Windows Servers (2016 and above) in an enterprise environment.
  • At least three years administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud applications.

• Administration Skills:

  • Three years of administration experience with:
    • SharePoint Online
    • Exchange Online
    • Office 365
    • Microsoft Teams voice
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365 Defender and its components
    • One Drive for Business

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Identity Access Management Systems and Single Sign-On.
  • Unified Messaging Communications and Team Voice Messaging Systems (including Add-Move-Change).
  • Microsoft 365 Defender and Sentinel SIEM.
  • Patch Management Systems.
  • Network vulnerability scanning and analysis.
  • Log Management.
  • DHS CDM Program.
  • Web content publishing.

• Skills:

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Work location: USADF offices at 1400 Eye ("I") Street, NW, Washington, DC

Pay Range (DOE): $47.52/hour - $61.77/hour
