Sterling Culinary Management is Hiring a Chef de Cuisine/General Manager Near Boynton, FL

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen and front of house operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, standards of service, guest relations
- Develop weekly specials, implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, and providing guidance and support as needed - Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate and create a positive and efficient work environment
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Are guest are our work!!

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, with experience in Club House environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and sanitation standards, front of house operations, guest relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and guests
