Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our company's cash application processes. You will handle various cash transactions, manage deductions from customers, and reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash transactions from multiple sources, including lockbox, EDI, and manual adjustments.
• Research and resolve customer deductions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Maintain organized documentation and support materials for all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash application or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Vistex is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
