The position will oversee 3 departments, primarily builders / assemblers.

We are requiring the individual to have experience working within a machine build environment.

Essential Job Duties :

• Supervise and delegate work within manufacturing departments.
• Resolve manufacturing issues in collaboration with team members.
• Assist Project Managers with resource requests and estimates.
• Track individual KPIs and metrics.
• Uphold 5S environment standards.
• Participate in Quality Management Program.
• Provide technical support for customer equipment.
• Review engineering drawings for assembly improvements.

Qualifications :

• No degree required
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Minimum 5 years' experience in automation / manufacturing.
• Strong technical aptitude.
