Position Summary
Oversee and optimize Customer Service team performance to meet customer expectations. Proactively identify and resolve issues. Lead and monitor order processing, complaint resolution, and staff development.
Essential Job Functions
Team Management: Hire, train, develop, and motivate staff. Set and monitor performance goals.
Customer Service: Handle escalated customer issues. Ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution.
Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, system management, and report analysis.
Communication: Effectively communicate with staff, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills.
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in call center or customer service, with technical experience preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, call center software, and relevant systems (AS400, PRMS, Master Control, Smart solve, QlikView, Five 9, MD365).
