Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Analyze root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize defects.
• Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment to perform precise dimensional inspections.
• Generate quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
• Provide guidance and support to production personnel on quality-related issues.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure manufacturability and quality.\

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a CNC machining or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management systems preferred.
