Responsibilities
- Assist Quality Engineers with tasks such as handling customer complaints, source inspections, audits, etc.
- Deliver consistent updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to both management and staff.
- Coordinate training needs and maintain documentation for all QC personnel.
- Offer guidance, training, and leadership to ensure precise and effective inspection processes align with production and customer demands.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to analyze discrepancies and non-conformances
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 3 years in a manager level quality engineering role
- Experience in CMMS
