Job Duties:

• Pioneer the design and analysis of electrical systems tailored for battery technology products.
• Lead the entire design lifecycle autonomously, from conceptualization to realization, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Cultivate and document robust hardware designs, ensuring durability and reliability.
• Employ keen discernment to select and optimize electrical components, maximizing functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough circuit analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and efficacy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, seamlessly integrating designs with diverse teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality alignment.
• Provide invaluable technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, nurturing talent and fostering innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in new product development within the electronics industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for innovation.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools, with a preference for expertise in Altium.
• A profound understanding of battery management systems and power electronics is advantageous.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
