Job Summary :

Manage the meticulous repair process of equipment to precise specifications. Additionally, this role involves coordinating the preparation and setup of equipment for client needs and tradeshows.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment, ensuring all repairs are documented accurately and client expectations are exceeded.

Job Duties :

• Perform complex inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate the preparation and setup of cooking equipment for client demonstrations, events, and tradeshows.
• Assess and estimate repair costs for equipment damaged during shipping or handling.
• Maintain detailed documentation of completed repair projects, including parts used and work performed.
• Address customer complaints, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment assembly, disassembly, and transport.

Qualifications :

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and repair work.
