We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Wait staff/Servers for our Assisted Dining Room as well as our Independent Sterling Grill & Hampton Club, our upscale on-site restaurants which provide high quality dining for our Independent residents. Must be professional and portray a positive image at all times through appearance, dress and attitude. Must possess a team player attitude and strive to motivate and work well with kitchen and dining staff.

• Full-Time: EXPERIENCED LEAD waitstaff. Must have experience leading a staff dining staff. Will work 5 days a week but those days could vary week to week. Must be available to work Monday through Saturdays 2:00pm to close (usually 6:30 but sometimes 8:00). Sunday hours are 7:30am – 2:30pm
• Part-Time Memory Care Server: Shift hours are 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 7am-7pm on weekends.
• Exact schedule/days can be discussed during interview.

Must establish and enjoy good rapport with resident clientele. Successful candidate will have a compassionate nature, desire to work with the senior community and take ownership of their duties in order to make a pleasant and efficient dining experience for our wonderful residents.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to routinely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to speak, read and understand the English language is required.

Position includes a competitive hourly wage. Sterling Estates of West Cobb is a locally owned, private company with proven long-term success in the senior housing industry.
