- Responsible for construction activities on one large or multiple medium to small-sized construction projects
- Ensures construction meets standards and time frames within budget
- Reviews and makes recommendations on planning and design issues
- Involved in contract negotiations and has day-to-day on-site responsibility for project progress and activities
- Bachelor’s in Construction Technology preferred, Associates in Construction Technology required
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands on field superintendent experience with slab on grade/wood framed construction to include major site development
- Minimum of 2 years’ multifamily construction
- Minimum of 5 years’ as a buyer in support of construction projects more than $5 million
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and working knowledge with spreadsheets and electronic scheduled required
