We are seeking a Hospitality Associate to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as strive to create a warm welcoming environment for our families. We have 3 locations: Sterling Heights, Madison Heights and Clinton Township.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guest upon entry & exit.
• Providing class information
• Enrolling students.
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Responding to emails, calls and text from guest.
• Collecting payments / Making Cold Calls
• Opening & Closing Facility
• Overseeing day to day operations runs smoothly
• Cleaning responsibilities
• Ensuring paperwork is completed properly & organized.

• Outgoing, warm and friendly personality
• Multi tasking
• Customer Service Oriented (enjoys working with people children specifically)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft programs etc.) ​​​​​​

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
