**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**
-Daily bookkeeping
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Utilize knowledge of double entry bookkeeping for financial transactions
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and financial report interpretation
- Manage bank reconciliation processes
- Apply expertise in securities law to ensure compliance
- Utilize Netsuite for financial data management
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and financial report analysis
- Proficiency in Netsuite
- Ability to interpret and apply securities law regulations
