Sterling Properties Real Estate Services is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Vancouver, WA

Assistant Regional Manager
Our company is on a growth trend, we are looking for an individual that works well with our staff and wants to be part of our team to help us continue to grow in our market segment.

Regional Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee properties / real estate investments in Washington, Oregon, Nevada
  • Manage on-site managers throughout the region
  • Travel as needed
  • Oversee maintenance personnel and monitor job performance
  • Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
  • Help to maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities; including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Speaking with vendors and suppliers to schedule and ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
  • Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current Real Estate legislation, and company policies and procedures.

Regional Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Ability to learn accounting principles and current financial legislation.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong math and research skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
  • Input credit and debits to the accounting system in support of the accounting staff when needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports and files related to property and asset management.
  • Input general ledger entries for account changes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and files on asset and liability account balances.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
