Sterling Search Partners is helping a Montgomery client who is looking for a long-term data entry clerk. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate records.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating information into our database, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting other administrative functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases from various sources.
• Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain and update records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Perform routine data backups and data entry tasks.
• Generate and run reports as required by management.
• Assist with data analysis and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to other departments regarding data issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data management and security.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with database management systems and data entry best practices.
