Remote Sales Position in the Reno, NV Area (CA, NV, AZ Territory)

We are a supplier of over 40 premium, all-natural sweet and savory flavors, purees, concentrates, and blends. Our products are distributed to foodservice, hospitality, manufacturers, and consumers through a network of distributors.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop distributor relationships in the CA, NV, and AZ territory.
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities with distributor accounts.
• Expand the business by finding new distributors and utilizing sales reporting, online research, event leads, and other resources.
• Record all customer engagement in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to review and analyze sales data, budget input, and communication strategy for the territory.
• Supervise the West Sales Account Manager.
• Approximately 50% travel required with accessible airports.

Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree.
• 3 years of sales experience with foodservice distributors.
• Strong sales and account management skills.
• Effective negotiation and organizational abilities, along with time and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within approved budgets.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Suite.

Compensation and Benefits :

Base Salary : $80K 20% bi-annual bonus
