Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Includes 6-weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)

About the Role:

Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for cardiovascular care? Join our dynamic team in Lawton, OK, for a thrilling 13-week contract on the Cardiovascular Unit (CVCU). This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to patients with complex cardiac needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular Unit (CVCU).
• Float to Med/Surg or ER as needed to manage CVCU/Med Surg holds.
• Demonstrate expertise in cardiac care beyond general ICU experience.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule with no block scheduling.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CVCU experience is required.
• Cardiac Expertise: Must have hands-on cardiac care experience (not just ICU).
• Flexibility: No block scheduling; ability to adapt to varying shifts is crucial.
• Traveler Experience: Previous traveler experience is highly preferred.

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
