Location: North Sioux City, SD
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Job Description: The Warehouse Clerk will oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of Sterling's shipping and receiving functions. Client Services projects, including planning, coordinating with management and departments, and ensuring projects are completed and delivered in accordance with customer expectations and contractually defined deliverables.
Required Technical Skills: The Warehouse Clerk should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. General computer proficiency is required. He or she should have strong communication, organization, and management skills. He or she must have knowledge using FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
Required Education/Experience: The Warehouse Clerk should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management, logistics or related role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation is efficient and effective and productivity targets are met.
- Communicate project tasks to team members effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
- Provide weekly status updates of current/upcoming projects.
- Report, document, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Ensure all required employee certifications are up-to-date.
- Manage warehouse operations, including storage, loading, shipping, and customer order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure ISO quality compliance.
