As a 700 manufacturing company based in Western New York, we take pride in contributing to the local economy and community.Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift (with availability after hours)We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with 5-8 years of aseptic maintenance experience. You should have a proven track record in supervising a team of 5-10 employees and experience in liquid food packaging and processing.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will manage maintenance budgets and inventory, develop and train maintenance staff, and oversee maintenance processes, procedures, and programs. You will also lead plant projects as assigned and work to control and reduce quality holds, failed plans, and downtime.
We require proficiency with maintenance management tools such as CMMS or EAM, and knowledge of Tetra Pak equipment, including A3 platforms and package integrity. Familiarity with Tetra Pak distribution platforms, Combi loc filling platforms, Combi/Meurer distribution platforms, and Stork filing platforms is also necessary.
The position requires availability for after-hour support and working on the 2nd shift. If you have the skills and experience outlined, we encourage you to apply.
