The Retail Program Coordinator for Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service is responsible for coordinating and driving the day-to-day retail sales program. The primary goal of this role is to ensure optimal customer service and drive sales through our multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail management, and a fast-paced sales driven environment. This is a player/coach role, where you’ll help grow our retail program from the ground up.

Player Responsibilities (80% of duties, decreasing to 0% as you grow the business unit):
Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.
Provide support to sales team and ensure adherence to performance standards
Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients
Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company’s services.
Setting appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.
Coach Responsibilities (20% of responsibilities, increasing to 100% as you grow the business unit):
Develop retail program sales strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Track and monitor retail performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Hire, develop, and coach new hires in Lead generation techniques. Use leadership by example.
Create successful territories through account development.
Plan, control, and direct the sales team’s programs/ activities related to sales functions and customer service.
Drive key account growth personally and through others.
Provide guidance and support to sales team and ensure adherence to performance standards.
Qualifications:
4 years of Sales experience
Proven experience in retail management, and program development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS office and other software programs

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $22-$26/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
Physical Demands:
Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.

May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
