Job Description: We seek a dynamic and professional Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our marketing efforts and enhancing our presence in the healthcare community with an emphasis on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, outgoing, charismatic, and eager to learn the various aspects of our medical practice and the diverse services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to understand and promote services such as orthopedic surgery, BMAC, PRP, acoustic shockwave therapy and MLS laser.
• Plan and organize events, webinars, and workshops to educate the public, healthcare professionals and attorneys about our services.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, and community organizations to foster partnerships and referral networks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique aspects of our medical practice and services.
