StevenDouglas is Hiring a Corporate Controller Near Cleveland, OH
Corporate Controller role developed as a result of a fairly recent Private Equity acquisition. Lots of opportunity to continue to build out policies and procedures and move the team forward in a positive direction as part of the Executive Management Team.
Base Salary Up to $220K 25% Annual Bonus Equity
What Makes YOU Successful:
The Controller will oversee consolidated financial statement preparation process, global accounting policies and reporting procedures. Controller will provide leadership to financial reporting team and perform ad-hoc management reporting and analysis as required by senior management group. Also, works with auditors, maintains SOX compliance and manages department budgets.
What YOU will Contribute:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related business field with 3 years supervisory
- 10 years’ experience in finance management, financial systems, financial reporting, financial principles, financial analysis, and accounting; preferably with a base in public accounting
- MUST have large ERP skills working in an SAP environment
- CPA required
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
