• Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Review budget variances and monthly analysis of construction projects
• Assist in financial package consolidation
• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Assist with the system implementation project
• Provide key insights and various analyses of large data sets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1 years of accounting experience
• Analytical, a problem solver.

• Strong Excel Proficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skill set
