Stevens & Lee’s Labor and Employment Group is one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region and exclusively represents management in both the public and private sectors. The broad scope of our employment law counseling and litigation practice includes employment discrimination and individual employee rights, wage and hour, employee relations, and issues concerning statutory and administrative regulations. We also assist our clients in a wide range of matters involving traditional labor relations. The continued growth and expansion of our practice has created openings for experienced associates in our Philadelphia office.

Ideal candidates will have 4 years of experience in traditional labor relations matters as well as in any of the following areas:

Employment litigation

Wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits

Taking and defending depositions

Union avoidance campaigns

Negotiation of labor contracts

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. NJ admission a plus.
