Stevens & Legal is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Hillsboro, OR
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Willing to train the right candidate in how to litigate if they are willing and able to learn and put in the time it takes to develop the skills to thrive. Compensation is a base salary, plus a percentage of the revenue you generate. Fully-paid health insurance after 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Contact with clients and opposing parties and counsel via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Pleadings, discovery to include depositions, and law & motion
- Court appearances up to and including trial
Qualifications
- JD and Oregon Bar licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
