We are looking for a full-time team member. The pay range is $27.00 to $33.00 an hour based upon experience. Benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision/life/LTD offered, paid time off, paid holidays, and continual employee training opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing personal injury litigation files

• Drafting motions, notices, and pleadings

• Keeping in regular touch with clients about case statuses

• Preparing and responding to discovery

• Communicating with opposing counsel

• Scheduling depositions, mediation, and hearings

• Communicating with experts

• Preparing exhibits and trial presentations

Skills

• Proficient with computers, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, E-filing, and case management systems.

• Empathy

• Keeping deadlines and communicating progress on meeting them

Experience and Hours

• 5 years personal injury paralegal experience

• 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Thur; 8am-4pm Friday
