Full Time Maintenance Technician/HandymanMust be at least 18 years or olderEstimated pay range is $22-$25 based on qualifications and experience. Job Summary:This is an entry-level position, where the team member will learn how to complete tasks independently and grow into a valuable member of the team. Working with whatever materials necessary to make repairs and complete installations as capable and as necessary. Cleaning and maintenance of the shop and refrigerated cases. Assisting with other aspects of the department and or building as the Facilitator Manager sees fit. Key Responsibilities:Entry level position;Making repairs for equipmentShop maintenance and assisting the Facilities Manager with any building related tasks as necessaryCase cleaning and maintenance as necessaryPerform preventive maintenances on equipment ex: greasing, cleaning, changing v-belts.Assisting the other disciplines of the department with their assigned work orders or PM’s.Basic Carpentry projects, paintingSubject to being On-Call and willing to work Overtime, Overnights and occasional weekendsProficiency in using Excel, Word, Microsoft office.
