Join Our Team as a Process Quality Manager!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of processes involved in fabrication to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Communicate and support corporate/team policies and procedures to team members, enforcing safety regulations.
• Manage and support day-to-day activities and expectations of plant managers, shop leads, engineers, and project managers.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectations for finished products.
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, coordinating these with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Participate in planning production schedules, technical requirements, and manufacturing controls related to operations.
• Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience in CNC machining and fabrication.
• 3-5 years of Quality Control experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience working in an AISC and ISO environment.
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing and quality principles, with familiarity in labor-intensive machining, fabrications, and assembly operations.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing management programs.
• Demonstrated supervisory, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills to motivate and manage a diverse group of individuals.
• Preferred working knowledge of the EPICOR system.
• Strong technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
