This Customer Relations Specialist position works from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in our Hyannis location and earns a competitive pay of $22.00-24.00 per hour, based on experience. In this position you'll work with our sales team, wash division, carpentry division and paint division as well as the general manager and the controller on preparing and scheduling jobs and monitoring their progress against the budget. You'll start by taking the hand off from our sales team and enter the project details into our scheduling software. Once the project is broken down and a scheduling timeframe is determined, you'll send out confirmation packets to customers and walk them through the process. You'll respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding their project as well as reach out to them to gather more information including their color selections, lead forms for EPA jobs. After everything has been obtained, you'll keep customers and crew informed of start dates or delays. Your customer service skills will keep our customers coming back year after year!
