Stewart’s Shops is eager to add a Dairy Filling Room & Blow Mold Supervisor to our Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a crucial part of our award-winning Dairy team!
Duties:

• Develop a work environment that promotes trust, teamwork, quality, and safety.
• Ensure that good manufacturing practices, facility hygiene and housekeeping are maintained.
• Conduct proper bottle inventory and bottle specifications as needed.
• Write and implement S.O.P.s.
• Lead department inspections and always be inspection ready.
• Conduct quality inspections on cartons, caps, bottles, etc.
• Coordinate and maintain ordering of all parts and products.
• Build teams through strategic hiring and consistent training.
• Assign accountability and discipline when needed.
• Manage performance through quarterly reviews (share agreements).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous leadership experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and communicative.
• Safety conscious, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Open to delivering and receiving feedback in real-time and during share agreements.
• Possess delegation skills to assign tasks objectively.
• Mechanically inclined to implement preventive maintenance program.
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Schedule:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to fill in for vacations and call ins as needed.
• Majority of your time (at least 60-70%) will be spent on the floor with partners.
• Salary Range of $60-$70k.
