Job Summary
Stewart Title prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of our operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual with strong expertise in Workday and a deep understanding of compensation management to join our dynamic HR team. We are looking for a seasoned Workday Senior HR Business Analyst who specializes in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation to join our Workday HRIS Team reporting to our HRIS Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and modernizing our compensation process in our Workday system.

Pay Range & Benefits
$82,500.00 - $123,750.00 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
